  • Registration and data storage

    • Registration data will be required at the time of your order. By registering you declare that all information provided is true and complete.

    • Any information you provide to register will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing transactions and shipping your order.

    • You can change your data at any time by accessing your account.

    • The e-mail address provided on registration to our newsletter will not be given to third parties under any circumstances.

    • We do not store any data regarding credit card details.

  • Purchase policy

    • By submitting an order on our website you are placing an offer to enter into a purchase contract with us. The purchase offer is considered placed after you press the “Complete Order" button. The receipt of your offer by ALLLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM does not imply the acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to refuse any offer.

    • Your purchase contract with ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM will become effective only upon the dispatch of ordered goods.

    • ​All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The products placed in your shopping basket are not guaranteed to be available and may be purchased by another customer.

    • After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail only confirms that we have received your order and does not represent the acceptance of your order.

    • We reserve the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to the following reasons: the product is not in stock or available, incorrect pricing, authorization for your payment was not received, restrictions applied to shipping destinations.

  • Product availability

    • Products presented on ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM can either be in stock or available for pre-order and dispatched upon availability. Products in stock are ready for immediate dispatch. If a product shown in stock cannot be dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. We will proceed to a complete refund unless otherwise agreed upon. Products available for pre-order will be dispatched upon delivery to us by the manufacturer. Normal production time is between 15 and 30 business days for items available to pre-order. In the case of a delay, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

    • All items are quality controlled before dispatch to customers.

    • Products on our website are presented in the form of digital photography. Minor differences between the presentation and the actual products are not considered a defect or misrepresentation.

    • If you have ordered several products that will be delivered at different times the shipping charges will be applied only once.

  • Price policy

    • Prices shown on the website are in USD.

    • The prices of products are the prices stated on the website at the time your order has been accepted, except in cases of error. Prices are exclusive of sales tax.

    • We reserve the right to change the price of a product at any time, without prior notice.

  • Payment security

    • Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site. You can also choose to pay with PayPal, at which time you will be directed to the PayPal site where you will log in and review the amount before completing your payment. Once this transaction is complete, you will return to ALLAPRIMAFINELINGERIE.COM where your payment will be debited and cleared from your account.

    • In order to protect our clients from fraud, we may contact you for verification of your transaction. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be held liable for any delay of non-delivery.

    • We take reasonable measures to keep our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

  • Shipping policy

    1. You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

    2. ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

    3. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or another person at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

    4. ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM can not be held responsible for delays or interruption to shipments due to inclement weather or other occurrences beyond our control.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    • All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery. (Please see below for extended holiday returns and exchanges window). Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser.

    • The return period for purchases made between Thanksgiving and December 25 is automatically extended to January 7. Purchases made between January 31 and February 14 can be returned no later than February 28.

    • To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must have the original tags attached. Garments that are worn, soiled, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be shipped back at the purchaser’s expense.

    • All sale items are final transactions and ineligible for return or exchange.

    • Shipping charges, alterations, and gift cards are not refundable.

    • We cannot accept returns on hosiery or special orders.

    • ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM will replace or repair items that are delivered damaged or with defective with items of the same style and size.

    • Please try your purchase on using the protective garment included with your order. Body creams, perfumes, and jewelry can result in damage or soiling of the item, rendering it ineligible for return.

    • ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any item that is poorly packaged or delivered in unsaleable condition.

    • The returns and exchanges policies explained above apply only to purchases made on our website. We offer only exchange and store credit for items purchased in our boutique, located at 539 Hayes Street in San Francisco, within 7 days of transaction.

  • Gift Cards

    • Gift cards have no expiration date.

    • Gift cards are not redeemable for money unless the remaining balance is less than ten dollars ($10.00).

    • Gift cards can be used to purchase any item on ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM or at our physical location, Alla Prima Fine Lingerie.

    • Virtual gift cards will be sent by e-mail to the recipient only after the payment has been cleared. Please make sure the e-mail address of the recipient is correct. We are not responsible for invalid e-mail addresses.

  • Privacy policy

    • We will collect information from you when you register on our site. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail and/or postal address, telephone number, and other details.

    • We will use this information to process your transactions. Additionally, we may use the email address you provide to send information and updates pertaining to your orders.

    • We may also use the information we collect from you to personalize your experience, improve our website, and enhance our customer service. We also will also send you news and announcements of incoming collections and promotions. You can opt out at anytime by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of every email we generate.

    • We will never, under any circumstances, sell your information to another company. Nor will we share your information except for the purpose of processing your transactions and transporting your shipments.

    • Various security measures are in place to protect the safety of your personal information when you use our website.

    • By using our website, you consent to our privacy policy.

    • Any changes or updates to our privacy policy will be posted on this page with the date of modification.
