How will Covid-19 affect my order?

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.

In order to ensure our safety as well as doing our part to minimize risk to our delivery workers, we are scheduling bi-weekly pickups. Our pickups are currently scheduled for Mondays and Fridays.

Due to the global impact of Covid-19 on manufacturing and transport, we are also experiencing delays in the supply chain of at least 1 - 2 weeks.

Privacy

We will never sell your information to any other company, under any circumstances. Nor will we distribute your information other than for the purpose of processing your transactions and transporting your shipments.

The information we collect from you may be used by us to personalize your experience, improve our website, enhance our customer service, and process your transactions.

We will use the email address you provide to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. We also will also send you news and announcements of incoming collections and promotions. You can opt out at anytime by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of every email we generate.

Various security measures are in place to protect the safety of your personal information when you use our website.

By using our website, you consent to our privacy policy.

Payment

All major credit cards are excepted as payment as well as Paypal. Sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all purchases delivered within the state of California.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours of your request and will be shipped upon confirmation of your order and payment approval. Our default shipment method is USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

All packages are insured for full retail value. ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM is no longer responsible for insuring your package once it has been delivered.

Rates

  • Within California (1 - 3 business days) $20

  • Out of State (1 - 3 business days) $25

  • Special Delivery (UPS, FEDEX, overnight, etc.) Calculated by shipper

Changes and Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order any time prior to shipping. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please call 1 415 864 8180 or email us at orders@allaprimalingerie.com.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery. (Please see below for *extended holiday returns and exchanges window). Return shipping is paid for by the purchaser.

*The return period for purchases made between Thanksgiving and December 25 is automatically extended to January 7 of the following year. Purchases made between January 31 and February 14 can be returned no later than February 28 of the same year.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must have the original tags attached. Garments that are worn, soiled, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be shipped back at the purchaser’s expense.

All sale items are final transactions and ineligible for return or exchange.

Please try your purchase on using the protective garment included with your order. Lotions, perfumes, and jewelry can result in damage or soiling of the item, rendering it ineligible for return.

ALLAPRIMALINGERIE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any item that is poorly packaged or delivered in unsaleable condition.

If you need another size or would like to try a different style, please let us know immediately so it can be set aside and shipped to you upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange.

Gift Packaging and Special Instructions

We provide signature gift boxes with ribbon, free of charge, for all gift purchases. You can also request gift packaging and the addition of a personal message for the recipient at check out. Discreet packaging is also available upon request.

Care Guide

We recommend hand washing in cold or lukewarm water, using a gentle fabric cleaner such as FOREVER NEW. Please make sure you use a cleaning product that does not contain solvents or detergents. (A little hair shampoo is good in a pinch).

You should not soak your garment for more than five minutes before rinsing in cold or lukewarm water, and hanging to dry.

The more often you wash your bras the longer they will last. We recommend washing them as soon as you can after wearing them not more than 2 - 3 times, and rotating your bras so you are not wearing the same one repetitively.

We do not recommend the use of washing machines or dry cleaning unless specified on the garment label.
